MONTGOMERY (ADOC News Release) – The Alabama Department of Corrections is reporting that an inmate escaped Thursday from the Bibb County Correctional Facility in Brent, Ala. Gene Milner, Jr., 56, escaped from the facility at 10:10 a.m. while assigned to a work detail outside the facility. ADOC officers are searching for Milner with a K-9 tracking unit and with assistance from local and state law enforcement agencies. Read More. |
