MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - The Alabama Department of Corrections has confirmed that one of the two inmates that escaped from the Red Eagle Work Center on Friday has been recaptured. Jerry Alan Walker, 32, was recaptured on Saturday at 4 a.m. at the Waffle House on Carmichael Road in Montgomery. He has since been transported to the Kilby Correctional Facility. Officials say Walker was recaptured after personnel at Red Eagle received a tip of his location. Walker was reportedly recaptured without incident. Mark Wilson has not been recaptured at this time.
