GREAT FALLS - Troy Lyn Elkins has been reported as an escapee/walkaway from the Great Falls Pre-Release Center. The GFPRC made the announcement at 8:46 p.m. on Wednesday, August 5th. The Montana Correctional Offender Network website says that Elkins has convictions in Broadwater County for criminal endangerment and for DUI (4th or subsequent offense). Elkins is 5'8" and about 135 pounds. Anyone who sees Elkins or has information about his location is asked to call the GFPRC at 406-727-0944, or the Great Falls Police Department at 406-727-7688.
