SAN DIEGO (KUSI) - Baja California police apprehended a prison escapee in Tijuana Sunday. Jesse Lozano Sr. escaped the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation's La Cima Camp in Julian on June 15. Weeks of surveillance and detective work by the U.S. Marshals Service and sheriff's department led authorities to Tijuana, sheriff's Sgt. D. Perata said. Read More. |
