Authorities in Council Bluffs are searching for an inmate who never returned to the work-release facility on Saturday. According to the Iowa Department of Corrections, Andrew Eugene Maybee, 28, is serving a 25 year sentence. Maybee has blonde hair, blue eyes and several tattoos.
