| Nebraska Corrections director fills 5 leadership posts |

LINCOLN — State Corrections Director Scott Frakes moved Tuesday to fill five key leadership posts within the troubled state agency. The agency named two new deputy directors, a chief of psychiatry, a head of behavioral health and a new warden at the Nebraska State Penitentiary in Lincoln. Frakes, who came to Nebraska in February, said that the hirings of Michael Rothwell and Diane Sabatka-Rine as deputy directors fit with his goal of hiring leaders with a mixture of experience, both inside and outside the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services. “Diane and Mike bring this combination of experiences and work histories that complement each other well,” Frakes said in a press release.
