| Blackburn walk-away apprehended |

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Kentucky Department of Corrections is reporting they have apprehended an inmate who walked away from Blackburn Correctional Complex. According to a press release, Kelley Conway was caught in Galveston, Texas Tuesday at around 7:35 a.m. Conway walked away from Blackburn on April 7. A second inmate, James Dennis, escaped at the same time. He has still not been found. Read More. |
