BOISE (AP) — Suicide is suspected in the death of an inmate at the Idaho State Correctional Institution. Paramedics pronounced 47-year-old Dean Clay Miller dead in his cell Sunday night after he was found unconscious and staff members tried to resuscitate him. Miller was serving 28 years to life in prison on convictions for burglary, assault with intent to commit robbery and possession of a controlled substance. Read More. |
