Peak Cookquik® Commissary food products are processed and packaged by Trinidad Benham Corp. Established in 1917, Trinidad Benham is a supplier of rice, beans and aluminum foil to the grocery industry throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Two new vegetarian items were introduced at the recent American Correctional Association Winder Meeting in Phoenix this winter.

Vegetarian Chili & Vegetarian Chicken Noodle Soup

Both items use a soy product as a meat substitute. These products are filling the ever increasing demand for meatless food products in the commissary system.

Many items in our line are "kosher certified" and carry the o/u mark on each package, filling the need for ethnic specific products to the prison consumer.
