A fourth threatening letter was found at the ACI in Cranston around 7 a.m. on Tuesday. According to a spokesperson from the Rhode Island Department of Corrections, the letter threatened the lives of two correctional officers. As a result, the facility was on lockdown from 7 a.m. to noon. The spokesperson said the letter was found in a mailbox at the medium security facility. Read More. |
