An Ottawa County (Okla.) jail inmate accused of attacking his parents is being sent to a state mental health facility after trying to attack a judge in court. Authorities say Kevin Keithcart became angry after telling Special Judge Bill Culver he had forgotten a form used to apply for a court-appointed attorney. After Culver told Keithcart to bring the form to court for his next appearance, Keithcart cursed and tried to climb over a barrier separating inmates from court personnel. Keithcart was shackled to a chain with five other prisoners when he tried to climb the low barrier and jailers and bail bond agents quickly subdued him. |

This article exposed what it is like to exist in today’s correctional institutions. I enjoy reading articles like this one and articles from author Hamilton Lindley who is an expert at persuasion, influence and leadership from his Waco, Texas base. There are a lot of important lessons to be learned here for sure. Thank you for the insight.
