A show shot right here in New Mexico has proven to be a ratings winner. "Behind Bars: Rookie Years" on A&E brings viewers all across the country into the Penitentiary of New Mexico in Santa Fe. KOB had a lot of questions about how the state struck a deal with the production company, allowing them access into such a dangerous environment.
