BECKLEY, W.Va. – West Virginia Division of Corrections officials said they are looking for an inmate who escaped from the Beckley Correctional Center. Royal Vance, 39, who was serving one to 10 years for a grand larceny committed in Cabell County, escaped Wednesday, according to a flier from the Division of Corrections. Vance is 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 215 pounds and has red hair and blue eyes. Read More. |
