| Man mistakenly released from prison arrested again |

For at least the fourth time since a mistake led to his early release from prison last year, 26-year-old Jordan Lybarger has been arrested. According to a search warrant, Lincoln police received information on Sept. 24 that Lybarger was allegedly selling methamphetamine and served a search warrant at his home on West Vance Street. Officers said they found meth in his bedroom and arrested him that evening as he drove down West O Street. Officers found a cellophane bag on him that held what appeared to be a square of LSD, the warrant says. Read More. |
