RAPID CITY, SD - The South Dakota Department Of Corrections is looking for an inmate who walked away from the Rapid City Community Work Center around 9:30pm Wednesday night. Police are asking for the public’s help in finding 24-year-old Salvador Ortiz. Ortiz is described as a Hispanic man. He is 6'3" inches tall, weighs approximately 175 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. Ortiz is serving a 4-year sentence for third-degree burglary out of Pennington County. Read More. |
