OKLAHOMA CITY - A member of the Oklahoma Board of Corrections has resigned because his wife works in the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office, which is investigating the prison department's execution procedures and protocols. J. Matt Tilly resigned Tuesday in a letter to Gov. Mary Fallin. Tilly was appointed earlier this year to a six-year term.
