N.D. prison chief welcomes call for reforms to reduce incarcerations

The group Law Enforcement Leaders to Reduce Crime and Incarceration claims 130 members from all 50 states, including several with ties to Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota:

  • Cass County (N.D.) Sheriff Paul Laney
  • Brendan Johnson, former U.S. attorney for South Dakota
