| Contraband-filled drone didn't quite make it into OK prison |

The drone crashed onto the grounds of Oklahoma State Penitentiary in McAlester around 9 a.m. Authorities said it is the first reported incident involving a drone used to smuggle contraband into a prison in the state. The remote controlled flying machine clipped razor wire and then tumbled to the ground. A box connected to the drone by a fishing line contained two foot-long hacksaw blades, a cell phone with a battery and a hands-free device, over five ounces of marijuana, nearly one ounce of methamphetamine and less than a gram of heroin, Corrections officials said.
