Oklahoma death row inmate Richard Glossip will participate in a Reddit AMA (Ask Me Anything) session, according to a post by his lawyer on the website. Although the thread is live and open for users to submit questions, Glossip's lawyer, Don Knight, said he is unsure when Glossip will be able to answer because of "constraints involved with communication through the prison system." Glossip will answer questions during a telephone interview with Upvoted reporter Gabrielle Canon, according to Knight. Glossip was scheduled to die by lethal injection Sept. 30 for his role in a 1997 killing despite claims of innocence. The execution was stayed until Nov. 6 by Gov. Mary Fallin just minutes before the injection when it was discovered the Department of Corrections received potassium acetate instead of potassium chloride. Read More. |
