A 22- year-old woman was arraigned Thursday on a felony charge accusing her of failing to return to Catalyst Community Center in Enid.

Tiffany Bacon appeared via video from Garfield County Detention Facility before Special District Judge Brian Lovell. Bacon said little other than to confirm her name and date of birth.
