The Indiana Department of Corrections (IDC) awarded White County Community Corrections (WCCC) approximately $25,500 to reward the department’s strong performance and commitment to keeping low-level offenders in the community. “You guys are doing something right in White County,” said IDC Commissioner Bruce Lemmon at a check presentation ceremony Friday morning. “We’ve got a really good program going, a really good system going, but we wanted to reward the high-performing counties.
