| State fire crew inmate escapes in Highland |

HIGHLAND >> A state prisoner assigned to a fire crew walked away from his duties here Wednesday and is still at large. Inmate Kent Lesporavasky, 43, walked away from his crew and was last seen around 12:30 p.m. near Highway 330 and Highland Avenue, San Bernardino County sheriff’s officials said. He was last seen wearing an orange California Department of Corrections jumpsuit. A search for Lesporavasky turned up empty after sheriff’s command searched with the use of helicopters and K-9s.
