| Escaped Lincoln County inmate arrested in Loon Lake |

LOON LAKE, Wash. -- The Lincoln County Sheriff said an inmate who escaped the Lincoln County Jail on October 30 was arrested Monday in the Loon Lake area. Officials said Ronald Alan Rutledge, 34, is now in police custody. Officials said he was found thanks to a tip that came in. They said he was taken into custody with out incident. Rutledge fled the Lincoln County Jail while working in the kitchen. Officials said he stole an employee's keys and when he took out the trash, stole her car. Rutledge ditched her car near Highway 231 and Zeimentz Road. Rutledge then broke into a home and stole an ATV according to authorities. Authorities said Rutledge also stole a rifle when he took the ATV. They said he later ditched that ATV and ran off on foot. Read More. |
