| SCI Albion reports death of inmate |

ALBION – State Correctional Institution at Albion Superintendent Nancy Giroux reported Monday the death of an inmate, on Saturday. At 10:11 p.m., an inmate was found unresponsive in his cell. The officers and medical staff provided immediate emergency first aid, however, he was pronounced dead at approximately 10:40 p.m. by facility medical staff. Anotnio Williams, 23, was committed to the Department of Corrections on Nov. 5, 2013, to serve a one-year, six-month to four-year sentence for drug manufacture/sale/deliver or possession with intent to deliver in Erie County.
