Meet the Rikers romancer. A single inmate, Tyrone Williams, 26, allegedly seduced four female correction officers, convincing them to smuggle in cell phones and help pay for his lawyer, the Daily News has learned. The four officers have been suspended as department brass mulls the next step, authorities said. All of them were caught on taped phone conversations professing their love to Williams, according to two jail sources.
