| Search Continues Through the Night for Missing Inmates in Thomas County |

THOMAS COUNTY, Ga. - Authorities remain high alert in Thomas County Tuesday night, as the search continues for two inmates that escaped earlier in the day. Officials say the 37-year-old James Waldron and 28 year old Joshua Fountain were apart of a group of six on a work detail near Boat Ramp Road off Highway 19 in Thomas County. The Warden of the Thomas County Prison, Robert Geer says multiple agencies have joined together in the search, "The sheriff's office is out here, the prison is out here, the state Department of Corrections....we probably have about 60 to 70 of man power."
