Torrington – Jose Clorovio Sanchez, a Wyoming inmate, died Friday, December 4, 2015, at the Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution in Torrington, Wyoming, after a lengthy illness. Sanchez was sentenced on November 4, 2011 by Albany County District Court Judge Jeffrey A. Donnell in Laramie, Wyoming. He was serving concurrent sentences for the offenses of two counts of immodest, immoral or indecent liberties with a minor (4-7 years for each count) and two counts of incest (2-4 years for each count). Sanchez was born on October 31, 1927, in Chama, Colorado. As per departmental policy an autopsy has been ordered. |
