| Teen killer moved to lower-security prison |

PENDLETON, Ind. (WANE) Colt Lundy, the convicted killer who shot his stepfather to death more than five years ago, is on the move. Lundy, who with two other boys, shot and killed his step-father, 49-year-old Phil Danner, in 2010 inside their Kosciusko County ranch-style home, had his classification level lowered by the Department of Corrections. Now a level 2 convict, down from a more-serious level 3, Lundy was moved to the Correctional Industrial Facility in Pendleton from the Wabash Valley Correctional Facility. The lower-security facility offers the now 20-year-old Lundy “more programming which will benefit him,” said Doug Garrison with the Department of Corrections. “He is doing well.” Read More. |
