| Lawyer in phone smuggling case arrested again |

A Lake Mary lawyer who pleaded no contest to conspiring to smuggle a cell phone into the Seminole County jail for his client — a convicted con man — has been arrested again. This time Marlon Smikle is accused of practicing law while his license was suspended. When he entered his plea in July, he was placed on probation and agreed not to practice law for a year.
