TOWN OF ROCK—A convicted sex offender was released to Rock Valley Community Program, 203 W. Sunny Lane, on Dec. 1, the Rock County Sheriff's Office announced on Tuesday. The sheriff's office released state Department of Community Corrections information, saying that Matthew J. Flaskrud was convicted of third-degree sexual assault in 2004 and fourth-degree sexual assault in 1995, according to the news release. Read More. |
