A 46-year-old man convicted of killing his ex-girlfriend's new boyfriend in Carlisle nearly two decades ago was spared his execution on Wednesday. And Cumberland County's district attorney is not happy about it. Antyane Robinson, formerly of Fort Washington, Maryland, was scheduled for execution Friday, but according to the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, Gov.
