| Man walks away from Billings release center one day after arriving |

An inmate walked away from a Billings prerelease center Saturday night and has been placed on escape status by the Montana Department of Corrections. Scott Hargrove, 35, left Alpha House Men’s Prerelease Center at about 9 p.m. Saturday, said a news release from Alternatives, Inc. Hargrove was sentenced for bail jumping and criminal possession of dangerous drugs on Oct. 2 in Yellowstone County. He had just arrived at Alpha House on Friday. Read More. |
