ARSON CITY - State officials say a 42-year-old inmate died over the weekend in Carson City. Officials with the Nevada Department of Corrections say Michael West died Saturday afternoon at the regional medical facility at Northern Nevada Corrections Center. An autopsy is being scheduled.
