An inmate walked away from a Mill Creek Correctional Facility work crew on Monday, Dec. 28, off Highway 20 near Philomath. The Oregon Department of Forestry, which was supervising the work crew, discovered inmate Travis Riley was missing at around 2:45 p.m. Riley is described as a 32-year-old white male, 6-feet tall and 210 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a blue t-shirt with the word "inmate" and the Department of Corrections (DOC) logo stenciled in orange on the knee and on the front and back of the shirt.
