TULSA, Oklahoma - Police arrested an escapee from Tulsa's Avalon Correctional Center Wednesday morning. Officers said shortly after 10 a.m. they found Charles Loftin, 44, near 8th and Main in downtown Tulsa and took him into custody. The Oklahoma Department of Corrections shows Loftin escaped from the center in the 300 block of West Archer on November 10. A warrant for his arrest was issued on December 22. Read More. |
