| Ex-con earns two-year ticket upstate for drugs |

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- An ex-convict from Tompkinsville earned himself another ticket upstate on Monday. Raheem Smith, 26, was sentenced, under a plea agreement in a drug case, to two years in prison and a year of post-release supervision.
