Ask anyone in this region about the William S. Key Correction Center and you're likely to get a derisive response. In what has seemed to residents a revolving door for "walk-offs" from the minimum security facility, the oft asked question is why don't they have a fence around the place? Now they have. As part of capital outlay program, the State of Oklahoma put building a perimeter fence around William S. Key on a list of proposed projects about five years ago.
