| Walker: Charges 'very likely' at Lincoln Hills prison |

MADISON, Wis. - Gov. Scott Walker said he believes there will be criminal prosecutions that result from an extensive investigation into the Lincoln Hills-Copper Lake youth prison north of Wausau. Investigators from the Lincoln County Sheriff's Department, Wisconsin Department of Justice and FBI raided the facility in early December to investigate claims of child abuse and misconduct. Two high-level Department of Corrections officials were let go following the raid, and the state has confirmed a "John Doe" investigation at the facility. In an interview Thursday, the governor responded to a recent report that DOC Secretary Ed Wall had visited the facility a few weeks before the raid.
