A Duluth man was in jail without bond Tuesday after he tried to give a cellphone to an inmate, reports stated. According to Floyd County Jail reports: Larry Melton, 31, of 3034 Falls Parkway in Duluth, was arrested and charged with giving an inmate at Floyd County Prison a telecommunication device.
