SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) - The Lackawanna County prison remains on lockdown at this hour as tuberculosis testing of both inmates and staff continues. The prison has been off-limits to visitors since Friday night after an inmate tested positive for a contagious disease. The warden believes the medical situation is under control but family and friends of people who are locked-up say they are still concerned.
