TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)- An inmate at the Lansing Correctional Facility found unresponsive had ties to Shawnee County. The Kansas Department of Corrections says they found an inmate unresponsive Monday afternoon at the Lansing Correctional Facility.Following medical response and transferal to local EMS, the inmate was pronounced dead about an hour later.
