MANCHESTER, N.H. —A minimum-security inmate who was reported missing from the Calumet Transitional Housing Unit in Manchester was arrested in Auburn Tuesday. Robert Lee Clayton, 44, of Brattleboro, Vermont, was reported missing from the facility around 2 p.m., according to the New Hampshire Department of Corrections.
