Former York County man gets another 10-16 years in prison

YORK – Former York County resident, Ricky Turco, 55, was sentenced to a term of 10-16 years in prison on Monday, which will be served consecutively with the prison sentence he is currently serving (3-6 years for forgery).

District Judge James Stecker told Turco that his long criminal history enhanced the sentence for his most recent conviction of delivery of methamphetamine.

In this particular case, Turco was recorded and observed by law enforcement officers during an undercover investigation while he sold methamphetamine to a confidential informant.
