One inmate is accused of killing another inmate at a local correctional facility. Now a homicide investigation is underway at Arkansas Valley Correctional Facility. This correctional facility is located in Ordway, about an hour east of Pueblo. The Department of Corrections tells 11 News this was an isolated incident involving two inmates, including the one who died. No one else was injured. Read More. |
