INDIANTOWN — Investigations are ongoing after two inmates at Martin Correctional Institution were injured — one critically — earlier this month, state officials said Wednesday. At one point Wednesday, a Florida Department of Law Enforcement spokesman reported there was a death at the facility west of Palm City, though later the FDLE said there was no death investigation.
