ANCHORAGE -- Davon Mosley looked healthy when he was booked into the Anchorage jail nearly two years ago. He cooperated as correctional officers had him trade his street clothing for prison garb. But after Mosley threatened to fight officers four days later, surveillance video shows the guards moving him to solitary confinement. Over the next few days, Mosley -- with a history of mental illness – can be seen pacing his cell. He gets pepper sprayed. His food is thrown to him.
