Thirteen current and former inmates have been indicted in connection with a November riot that caused "substantial" damage to the Madison County Criminal Justice Complex. Rodney Bailey, Emanuel Beard, Sean Blackmon, Brent Brown, Deadrick Brown, Richard Burton, Jonquarius Cunningham, Jeremy Duncan, Khalil Kamara, Christopher Lyles, Troy Springfield, Christopher Veal, and Reginald Williamson, Jr. were indicted by a Madison County grand jury on Monday. All 13 were inmates at the Madison County Criminal Justice Complex on Nov. 21, 2015.
