CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. - A fugitive sex offender who was on the run for 18 months has been arrested after he was discovered at a day care. Officials with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and the U.S. Marshals Service said they captured 38-year-old Christopher Dlubac after tracing him to a home in the 1400 block of Buchanon Drive. He was wanted by the Tennessee Department of Corrections and the Clarksville Police Department for sex offender violation, probation violation, and theft of property. Read More. |
