MIDWEST CITY, Okla. (AP) — The Oklahoma Department of Corrections says an escaped inmate has been recaptured. The department says 44-year-old James Morgan was found and arrested Wednesday in Midwest City. Morgan had been missing since Feb. 14 when he escaped the Union City Community Corrections Center.
