A locked up young offender used his little brother to smuggle a car-shaped mobile phone into Glen Parva Young Offenders Institution. The tiny seven-centimetre phone was found - some time after the little brother's visit - during a search of the offender's cell. The find prompted institution bosses to email around a memo to all prisons in the country warning them to be on the lookout for similar tricks during visiting times.
